Responsibilities
- Check meat products on the line to make sure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Monitor temperatures, weights, and packaging.
- Make sure workers are following cleanliness and food safety rules (GMPs).
- Write down daily inspection reports and tell supervisors about any issues.
- Work in a cold environment (around 35°F–40°F) and stand for long periods.
