Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $55 - $60 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Assess existing training resources and recommend what to keep or sunset 
• Build suite of small learning modules showing process flows using Epiplex software 
• Capture flows and rebuild training from existing PowerPoint and video content 
• Replace hours-long DevelopU training with concise, agent-friendly materials
• Support ongoing training needs as technology enhancements occur throughout the year 
• Enable knowledge transfer to internal team before contract ends 

Required Qualifications

• Independence: Self-starter requiring minimal direction, comfortable working solo 
• Experience: Must have built learning experiences independently on past projects 
  • Experience developing training (simulations, walkthroughs) preferably for contact center environments
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps 
  • Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts including training needs analysis and curriculum planning
• Software skills: Epiplex experience preferred; similar training development software acceptable 
• Adult learning expertise: Ability to assess content through learning design lens 
  • Instructional design and job aid development
• Audience: Experience building training for geographically diverse, virtual audiences 
• Contact center experience: Preferred but not required
