Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical healthcare roles across Tampa metro area.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, analyze attrition rates, and design proactive recruitment blueprints for expanding programs.
- Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career pathways, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and future talent.
- Document and track all candidate progress with accuracy and efficiency within our applicant tracking system and recruitment CRMs.
- 2+ years of dedicated recruiting or human resources experience. Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
- Must live in the Tampa or surrounding areas - NO ORLANDO
- PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are considered a plus.

- $36 - $40/hour, dependent upon experience and internal equity assessment.
- A complete remote workspace setup, including a corporate computer and necessary peripherals, will be shipped directly to your home.
