As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that the client can deliver on their promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the logistics experience.
Shift Details
- Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday (You will receive one fixed weekday off)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software or MS Project.
- strong multitasking and organizational skills under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Support the Fleet: Answer inbound calls from customers, field drivers, and internal teams to provide accurate updates on deliveries, pickups, and routing.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose and handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, following up on open cases until they are fully resolved.
- Monitor Routes: Track the progress of active delivery routes and process real-time changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
- Manage Operations: Assist with post-route check-ins, verify accounted items, and scan haul-away pods to ensure data accuracy.
- Log Interactions: Document all customer communications and updates clearly in our internal systems while encouraging survey feedback.
