Responsibilities
- Aging & Analytics: Monitor and review Accounts Receivable aging reports regularly to pinpoint overdue balances and identify accounts requiring immediate attention.
- Order & Revenue Verification: Audit client project orders within the ERP system to validate billing milestones and accuracy before reaching out for payment.
- Proactive Collections: Partner with account managers and corporate clients to secure payment updates, maintaining a rigorous, scheduled cadence of follow-ups via phone and email.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve invoicing friction, including short-pays, unapplied credits, tax exemption issues, and early-payment discounts.
- Order Approvals: Review new and upcoming client orders to verify that down payments, contracts, and necessary credit documentations are secured prior to fulfillment.
- Vendor & Warranty Invoicing: Manage specialized manufacturer warranty documentation and process related invoices through vendor-specific web portals.
- Documentation & Backup Support: Maintain flawless, real-time notes of all collection activities within the internal database; assist with cash application and posting as needed.
