You will be the key link between our talent and our client’s operational goals, ensuring every process runs smoothly and remains compliant. Position Details:

• Pay: $25 – $28 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time (25–30 hours per week)
• Shift: Must be flexible to work between 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

- Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements 

- Participating in hiring process by processing applications and interviews

- Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts

- Maintaining talent records

-Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations

-Building and maintaining working relationship with external stakeholders

- Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager
