- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel for building and maintaining reports.

- Manage Account Portfolios: Contact residential and commercial customers via telephone to negotiate payment plans and recover overdue balances.
- Resolve Disputes: Partner closely with customers and customer service teams to investigate and quickly resolve billing discrepancies.
- Track & Analyze Data: Build, update, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable (A/R) and collections reports.
- Optimize Recovery: Evaluate unpaid accounts to recommend next steps, including utility supply returns or placement with third-party collection agencies.
- Improve Processes: Document and monitor operating procedures to ensure full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
