- Spearhead Agile Initiatives: Define backlog items, epics, and user stories to empower Agile software development teams.
- Optimize Data Flow: Analyze complex data sets using intermediate SQL and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to uncover trends and streamline operations.
- Champion Collaboration: Act as the vital liaison between business users and IT, leading Scrum demonstrations and gathering critical requirements.
- Ensure System Integrity: Develop and execute robust test plans, conduct root cause analysis, and perform basic fixes to support 24/7 production reliability.
- Transform Finance Processes: Apply your financial software background to elevate processes across General Ledger, Payables, Revenue Accounting, and Tax.
- 5+ years of experience in related work, including executing test plans under Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Intermediate SQL proficiency (writing, not just executing queries) and Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Solid understanding of finance business processes and data structure.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, API experience, and software application support background.
