- High-Touch Customer Service: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients with empathy, patience, and high emotional intelligence—especially when assisting anxious or frustrated callers.
- Inquiry Triage: Quickly assess client needs to accurately route complex financial inquiries to specialized, licensed teams, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Basic Account Support: Assist clients with foundational inquiries, including address updates, password resets, and PIN-related issues.
- System Navigation: Efficiently navigate multiple corporate software systems daily, including Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Feedback & Adaptability: Maintain a growth mindset, actively accepting ongoing constructive feedback and adapting to evolving procedures in a fast-paced environment.
