Responsibilities
Position Summary: Manage multi-faceted accounting operations, focusing on the accurate recording, verification, and entry of incoming customer payments. This role balances administrative accuracy with high-touch customer service to optimize revenue collection workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and input daily customer invoices, checks, and transactional updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers to manage payment collections and clear overdue balances.
- Investigate, research, and resolve billing discrepancies using corporate software databases.
- Address inbound inquiries over the telephone in a helpful and professional manner.
- Provide project-based and administrative backup support to the broader accounting team.
- High School Diploma or higher paired with professional accounting/billing experience.
- Proficient in standard computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
