We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Contractor to support critical planning activities. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Commercial, Clinical, and Product Supply Chain teams to maintain highly executable plans, mitigate risks, and champion data integrity.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
- Systems Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with SAP IBP and SAP planning/master data processes.
- Industry Background: Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Here's What You’ll Do
- Supply Planning & Execution: Support supply planning in SAP IBP, including demand/supply reviews, scenario analysis, and exception management. Translate demand signals, inventory targets, and capacity constraints into feasible plans for commercial, clinical, and non-GMP manufacturing.
- Operations Partnership: Partner with Operations to plan, schedule, and execute production, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery. Develop rough-cut capacity views, finite scheduling inputs, and supply scenarios to guide manufacturing decisions.
- Risk & Exception Management: Identify supply risks, capacity gaps, and inventory constraints. Escalate issues with clear options and actionable recommendations. Participate in daily/weekly planning forums, Tier meetings, and S&OE reviews.
- Master Data & Lifecycle Management: Maintain and validate planning master data (materials, locations, parameters, lead times) in SAP and SAP IBP. Support item lifecycle and change processes, from data gathering to obsolescence.
- Analytics & Ad Hoc Support: Build and track planning metrics, dashboards, and analytical views for plan health, schedule adherence, and data quality. Provide ad hoc analysis for launch planning, budget cycles, and supply risk assessments.
