Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operational and financial health of the residential community, ensuring properties run efficiently and within budget.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to analyze monthly financial performance, prepare variance reports, and proactively address budget challenges.
- Ensure total compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and subsidy program guidelines; play a lead role in preparing for and facilitating compliance audits.
- Partner with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize service requests, manage preventative maintenance programs, and preserve the physical integrity of the buildings.
- Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure both interior common areas and exterior grounds meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
