- Mid-Market Sales Experience: Proven ability to engage and sell into mid-market accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders.
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and articulate complex solutions.
- Experience or knowledge in Telecommunications and Fiber solutions sales, including Fiber solutions, VOIP solutions, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) / dedicated circuits, Ethernet and advanced connectivity services strongly preferred.
- 1 – 2 years of professional experience (B2B or Fiber & telecom sales preferred), with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (2-4 years) required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Actively identify, target, and engage mid-market business prospects daily to build pipeline and generate new revenue, leveraging both provided leads and independent prospecting efforts.
- Execute a proactive hunter sales strategy, including cold calling, networking, and territory mapping to acquire new logos and expand market presence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning fiber connectivity, dedicated circuits (DIA), SD-WAN, and telecom solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to business owners and key decision-makers, clearly articulating value and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships within mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and deepen customer engagement.
- Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas through heavy pipeline management.
- Manage a designated territory with a focus on mid-market account penetration, utilizing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
