Responsibilities
- Process parts received from vendors, customers, exchanges, and RMAs.
- Process shipments to vendors for repair, calibration, exchanges, etc.
- Examine and inspect parts for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Enter data and maintain the parts inventory within the ERP system (NetSuite).
- Prepare and publish inventory updates to the parts website.
- Manage parts reordering and maintain proper stock levels.
- Maintain and update documents related to standard procedures.
- Update the inventory system as necessary (including data collection, inventory updates, and physical inventory counts).
- Oversee general maintenance of parts rooms and related storage areas.
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and department supplies.
- Assemble and disassemble components into their final configuration.
- Perform parts count reconciliation with the ERP system.
- Execute special projects and assist in organizational projects across all divisions as requested by management.
- Maintain the high-quality standards expected by company management.
