As a Site Coordinator for Randstad Inhouse Services, you will be the heartbeat of our on-site operations, beyond a traditional desk job. You will be the face of Randstad, the go-to resource for our talent, and a trusted partner to our client’s hiring managers.
Why you’ll love this role: No two days are the exact same! This is a highly dynamic position where you will rotate between multiple modern, vibrant local spaces (including major production facilities, state-of-the-art warehouses, and a beautiful co-working space), keeping your work week fresh, engaging, and collaborative.
A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Develop compelling job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and make high-volume outreach calls to find the best talent in the region.
- Guide new hires seamlessly through their first day, handling onboarding packets, drug screens, and ensuring they feel welcomed and ready for success.
- Meticulously manage back-end compliance, including background checks and I-9 verifications, to keep our operations running smoothly and legally sound.
- Serve as the main point of contact for our on-site talent. You'll answer payroll questions, address workplace concerns, and partner with client managers to provide real-time updates.
- Utilize the Randstad app to organize and manage activity, using multiple platforms to collaborate and communicate on recruiting and site management updates.
We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter who can balance empathy with organization. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable making 25+ outbound calls a day and command a room during onboarding presentations.
- Top-tier time management skills and the ability to pivot independently in a fast-moving, shifting environment.
- Proficient with technology such as Google for Business, Microsoft Suite, and mobile applications.
- Reliable transportation to rotate between our office locations.
