Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and conduct workplace investigations.
  
  
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from coordinating orientation to conducting exit interviews.
  
  
• Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) and maintain accurate digital employee records.
  
  
• Administer the annual review process and guide managers through employee development plans.
  
  
• Assist with open enrollment, benefits administration, and coordinate with the payroll team.
  
  
• Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews.
