Responsibilities
The Customer Service Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales team in providing excellent customer service. The Sales team provides flooring solutions specifically engineered to meet requirements of Bus & Coach, Rail, Aviation and Marine industries.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinates activities for the Transportation & Sales team as needed.
- Assists the Transportation & Sales team with reporting and analytics
- Provides customers with answers to their questions including basic technical and product information.
- Recommends products or alternate products based on customer requirements. Accurately processes transactions e.g. Orders, Returns, Bills of Lading, Invoices.
- Enter and manage purchase orders, and handle invoicing for the sales territory. Obtains and communicates accurate information regarding the project and ship dates.
- Monitor order status diligently to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Follows department and company procedures.
- Attends meetings when requested.
- Resolves customers issues professionally.
- Escalates complex and potential issues to the Customer Service Experience Manager.
