We are partnering with a rapidly expanding B2B commercial supply and logistics enterprise based in South Florida. The business has achieved impressive multi-million-dollar growth on quality products and strong customer relationships—and now, executive leadership is making major investments in modern technology, formalized operations, and key leadership to take the business to the next level.
We are seeking an ambitious, tech-forward, and data-driven Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to spearhead this evolution. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will serve as the architect of our future sales engine: selecting and launching our first CRM system, instilling process discipline, and mentoring a team of account managers, all while actively hunting and closing high-value corporate accounts in the field.
salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
DO NOT APPLY IF...
- You only manage from a desk: This is a true player-coach role in the field closing deals and leading by example.
- You need a playbook handed to you: We have no pre-built CRM or workflows; you will build them from scratch.
- You dislike active performance management: You must be ready to manage 5-10 reports, establish KPIs, and make tough calls.
- You prefer slow corporate environments: Leadership values thick skin, direct communication, and fast execution.
- Sales Leadership & Revenue: Lead daily sales operations while actively hunting and managing key accounts.
- CRM & Infrastructure: Select, deploy, and enforce adoption for the company’s first CRM system.
- Team Management: Direct sales personnel through clear activity KPIs, pipeline reviews, and coaching.
- Market Expansion: Drive growth across top accounts and execute strategies to win new B2B sectors.
- Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with leadership to establish repeatable sales processes and align with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance.
- 4–6+ years of B2B sales success as both a individual contributor and team leader.
- High-growth "athlete" background skilled at building sales discipline and CRM structures.
- Based in or commuting within South Florida (On-site / In-field).
