The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook. Must be able to work 100% Onsite. Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or related experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Access
- Project
- Ability to create, edit, and format business documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional business writing and proofreading capabilities
- Typing speed of approximately 50-60 WPM preferred

Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Process incoming mail and distribute correspondence
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports, records, and other business documentation
- Assist with administrative processes related to operations, purchasing, personnel, and facilities
- Support budget preparation and tracking activities as needed
- Compile and maintain operational statistics, records, and reports
- Coordinate special projects and administrative programs
- Provide administrative support to leadership and employees at all organizational levels
- Assist with training and onboarding activities when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
