Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operational Leadership: Manage all day-to-day operations for the Press Department, ensuring smooth production flow and high output quality.
- Team Development: Provide mentorship and coaching to Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads to cultivate a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.
- Performance Optimization: Drive departmental success through proactive KPI management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen/Kobetsu).
- Strategic Planning: Establish and track production goals, monitor efficiency targets, and implement effective countermeasures for any production, safety, or delivery risks.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Quality, Human Resources, and other leadership teams to ensure company-wide alignment and business success
