Position Summary Randstad is seeking an organized, customer-focused Site Coordinator to support our onsite workforce operations in the Burlington, New Jersey area. This role serves as a key point of contact for talent, client leadership, recruiters, and Randstad management, helping ensure effective daily operations, a positive employee experience, and compliance with company and client requirements.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, resolving issues, and balancing administrative responsibilities with direct workforce support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an onsite point of contact for contingent employees and client leadership.
- Support onboarding, orientations, new hire check-ins, badge distribution, and employee documentation.
- Track attendance, staffing levels, schedules, timekeeping, and workforce records.
- Communicate staffing updates, employee concerns, and operational needs to Randstad and client leadership.
- Assist employees with payroll, attendance, scheduling, and general workplace questions.
- Conduct regular floor walks and maintain a visible presence with the workforce.
- Support employee engagement, retention, recognition, and issue-resolution efforts.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding hiring needs, start dates, and workforce planning.
- Maintain operational reports and staffing metrics.
- Escalate safety, employee relations, compliance, and operational concerns as appropriate.
- Follow Randstad policies, client procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
- Provide support at other Burlington locations throughout New Jersey as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, human resources, or operations preferred.
- strong communication, organization, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a changing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS, timekeeping, or workforce management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

- Generate and maintain operational reports and staffing metrics as requested.
- Support multiple Burlington-area client locations as operational needs require.
