In this role, you’ll partner with a premier, mission-driven national healthcare system—renowned for extending compassionate, whole-person care across Colorado and beyond. Perfect for high-volume agency recruiters ready for an in-house transition, you will work closely with hiring managers to drive full-lifecycle recruiting, build strong candidate pipelines, screen for top-tier customer service and mission fit, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences from day one.
Location: Hybrid in Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center)
***Training will be in Orlando, FL (1 week).
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $42.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Work Schedule

- Monday & Friday: Remote
- Tuesday & Thursday: In-Office (Greenwood Village, CO)
- Wednesday: Site Visit Day (Travel across local partner sites in Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs, review attrition trends, and support new program staffing.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to ensure vacancy levels remain low and positions are filled on target dates.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume evaluations, and credential checks.
- Formulate and extend job offers (including sign-on bonuses and relocation packages) while managing counter-offers and onboarding workflows.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate tracking records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop knowledge of corporate benefits, compensation structures, and incentive programs to guide applicants effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR experience (or High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant experience).
- Proven high-volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service, account management, and interpersonal soft skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to process evolution.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools in talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Healthcare recruitment or RPO experience.
- Background: Agency recruiting background looking to transition into a corporate setting.
- Certifications: HCI, NAHCR, RACR, SHRM-CP, or PHR
