- Spearhead Data Integrity: Enter and manage critical international transfer data across databases, ensuring high data quality and system consistency.
- Empower Employees: Serve as a key liaison, addressing questions from international transfers and vendors to ensure a smooth transition experience.
- Optimize Processes: Calculate, prepare, and process essential payroll documentation (loans and W4s) and draft transfer documents such as offer letters.
- Ensure Compliance: Participate in internal audits, support US immigration data accuracy filings, and meticulously maintain tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Champion Strategic Projects: Support vital global mobility projects, including W2 yearly distribution, salary revisions, bonus structures, and year-end reporting.
- Collaborate Effectively: Schedule meetings, book rooms, and seamlessly support day-to-day departmental operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced, process-oriented expertise in Excel for tracking and report analysis.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and take direction from multiple sources.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, previous experience with SAP HR, and prior background in HR or Global Mobility.
