You don't need to be a seasoned expert in domestic violence prevention—we’ll provide top-tier, comprehensive training on all subject matter. What we do need is a passionate, quick-study presenter who can break down complex, sensitive topics into accessible, highly impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Dynamic Presenter: Extremely comfortable, articulate, and authentic when speaking in front of audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.
- Content & Deck Creator: Skilled in building clear, compelling, and aesthetically engaging presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides) and educational handouts.
- Growth Mindset & Curiosity: Enthusiastic about learning new topics deeply with the goal of teaching, empowering, and advocating for others.
- strong Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse groups.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: High standards for personal work ethic, event preparation, collaboration, and record-keeping.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and active vehicle insurance.
- Must successfully pass background screenings (including a Level II criminal background check/fingerprinting process, clean motor vehicle record check, and 10-panel drug screening).

- Location: Onsite / In-person position (not eligible for remote work).

Responsibilities

- Learning & Development Facilitation: Serve as the primary dynamic presenter for educational engagements, training programs, and workshops aimed at preventative intervention.
- Presentation & Curriculum Creation: Design, tailor, and deliver highly engaging presentation decks, educational materials, and multi-media assets suited for diverse community groups and professional sectors.
- Public Speaking & Representation: Confidently represent the organization at community events, panels, and professional trainings to raise awareness and foster community relationships.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Educate and train professionals across various sectors (including behavioral health, healthcare, drug treatment, and community organizations) on prevention strategies and defined focus areas.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong drive to learn, absorb, and stay updated on organization-provided educational materials, industry research, and subject matter to deliver authoritative, impactful instruction.
- Community Outreach & Collaboration: Build strong networks by recruiting and engaging community partners, attending local events, and maintaining outreach records.
