Responsibilities
- Manage daily business-to-business collection activities for assigned customer accounts
- Monitor, analyze, and work accounts receivable aging reports to minimize outstanding balances
- Issue, review, and process credit memos, short payments, and account adjustments accurately
- Perform routine account reconciliations and resolve complex billing discrepancies
- Reach out to client accounting departments via phone and email to secure payment schedules
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes
- Maintain clean, detailed account notes and audit trails in our accounting software
