- 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing technical talent (IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering) and corporate professionals.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Clear, empathetic communication skills to engage diverse candidate pools.
