The National Accounts Manager drives revenue growth and manages day-to-day operations for our largest national retail account within the Interior Door category. This role blends strategic relationship management, demand forecasting, promotional execution, and cross-functional leadership to meet sales targets and expand product presence.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth & Strategy: Oversee and expand the interior door portfolio with our premier enterprise retail partner.
  
  
• Product Launches & Marketing: Collaborate with internal Product Marketing, Sales Support, and SIOP teams to execute new product launches, promotions, and POP/merchandising strategies.
  
  
• Forecasting & Operations: Work with supply chain and demand planning teams to maintain high fill rates, accurate inventory forecasting, and optimal stocking positions.
  
  
• Sales & Pricing Management: Prepare quotes, rebate agreements, and process sales orders while analyzing regular sales performance reports against growth targets.
  
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Merchants, Pro Sales Leaders, E-commerce teams, and regional DC management.
  
  
• Market Insights: Travel locally/regionally to evaluate market trends, store set integrity (POGs), and regional inventory needs.
