Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual I‑9 document inspections in accordance with DHS guidelines and company procedures
- Accurately complete **Section 2 of the Form I‑9** within Workday
- Review employment authorization documents for authenticity and completeness
- Ensure compliance with federal I‑9 regulations and internal audit standards
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and new hires to resolve documentation issues promptly
- Track and manage cases to ensure completion within required timelines
- Escalate complex or compliance-related questions appropriately
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee information
Required:
- Prior experience completing Form I‑9 Section 2 verification
- Excellent understanding of employment eligibility documentation requirements
- Experience working in Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience supporting HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle teams
- Familiarity with E‑Verify processes
- Experience conducting virtual document verification
- Audit or compliance experience within HR
