A leading organization in the automotive aftermarket distribution industry is seeking a Senior Rebate Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and optimization of vendor rebate programs. This role partners closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to ensure accurate rebate processing, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting a recently implemented rebate management system. Responsibilities

• Administer vendor rebate programs, ensuring accurate contract setup, accruals, billing, and reporting.
• Review rebate agreements and validate contract terms within the rebate management system.
• Perform monthly rebate reconciliations, financial analysis, and support timely collections.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve rebate processes.
• Support system implementation, testing, data validation, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Develop process documentation, strengthen internal controls, and support audit and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in rebate accounting, financial analysis, contract administration, or a related finance role.
• Knowledge of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or rebate management systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Enable Vendor Rebate platform.
• Background in distribution, automotive, manufacturing, or other multi-entity environments.
• Experience supporting audits, process improvements, and financial system implementations.
