At our state-of-the-art facility in Gray, TN, we manufacture high-reliability circuit boards that power today’s innovative technologies. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to serve as the ultimate Voice of the Customer.
In this pivotal role, you won't just manage accounts—you will own the customer journey. You will act as the vital bridge translating customer expectations, project timelines, and technical requirements directly to our internal engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure flawless execution.
What You’ll Do
- Champion the Customer: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for our key client accounts, building long-term, high-value relationships.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate customer specifications, orders, and change requests into actionable plans for internal stakeholders in Production, Quality, and Shipping.
- Drive Solutions: Lead cross-departmental coordination to proactively resolve roadblocks, track production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage Project Lifecycles: Monitor customer orders from intake and quotation through manufacturing and final delivery.
- Communicate Proactively: Keep customers updated with clear, timely information regarding order status, lead times, and potential issues before they arise.
- Experience: 3+ years in account management, customer success, or project coordination within a manufacturing or technical production environment (PCB/Electronics manufacturing experience is a huge plus!).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to advocate for customer needs while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive trouble-shooter who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read purchase orders, understand manufacturing workflows, and quickly grasp technical specifications.
- Organization: Superior task-management skills with high attention to detail.
