Responsibilities
- Maintain ERP systems to ensure precise billing, seamless order processing, complete inventory visibility, and dependable operational reporting.
- Generate accurate customer orders from incoming service requests, collaborating closely with internal teams to consistently hit operational and customer targets.
- Prepare clear weekly invoices and deliver prompt, accurate financial support to hospital finance departments resolving inquiries.
- Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to guide billing reviews, elevate customer service, and empower management decision-making.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot scanner hardware and software used daily by drivers and logistics teams.
