- Spearhead Product Lifecycles: Lead the requirement gathering and launch of new and existing AML software product lines.
- Drive Agile Delivery: Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with self-organizing, cross-functional Laundry and Margaritas teams.
- Optimize the Backlog: Create, manage, and prioritize Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and bugs within Azure DevOps (TFS).
- Champion Security & Compliance: Act as the Product Representative for SOC Audits, manage OFAC list changes, and oversee third-party vendor risk assessments.
- Enhance User Experience: Define user needs, collaborate on ADA-compliant UI design, and deliver comprehensive product documentation and release notes.
- 4+ years of proven experience in AML operations and software usage within financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of AML requirements regarding Fraud, SAR, and CTR filings, alongside case management.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project 365, Copilot, and foundational SQL/relational databas
