Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Scheduling: Proactively schedule and guide new clients through the onboarding process, coordinating availability via scheduling software while educating them on product value and benefits.
• Relationship & Retention Management: Foster solid relationships to promote client retention, address concerns, and execute personalized retention strategies for clients considering leaving.
• Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve problems, and coordinate with internal teams to anticipate needs before they escalate.
• CRM & Account Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Forth) and monitor client file activity, payment schedules, and feedback to identify at-risk accounts.
