- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead & Grow the Business: Take full ownership of the P&L, budget performance, and inventory levels. Drive revenue growth through target market penetration, sales acquisition, and proactive accounts receivable management.
- Champion the Customer: Build deep relationships with key account decision-makers, resolve customer inquiries promptly, and use market data to capitalize on new opportunities and counter competition.
- Develop a Winning Team: Hire, coach, and mentor local staff. Foster an environment of continuous learning, clear accountability, alignment, and deserved recognition.
- Streamline Operations: Ensure safe, compliant, and highly efficient warehouse and routing operations while continuously improving processes and data integrity.
