Your Impactful Responsibilities As our primary point of contact for trade promotion activities, you will:

• Optimize System Accuracy: Input and maintain precise trade updates in XTEL and validate Assortment Distribution Lists (ADL) to ensure seamless operations.
  
  
• Strategize Forecasting: Collaborate with CAM/DSM teams to review Sales Reports, align TRR numbers, and refine monthly forecasts.
  
  
• Streamline Trade Management: Reconcile promotional events daily, manage data updates, and action sales bulletins to maintain financial integrity.
  
  
• Resolve Financial Discrepancies: Validate invoices, process payments, and match deductions to promotions, resolving issues with business partners.
  
  
• Empower Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate monthly training on best practices and participate in strategic review calls to champion continuous improvement.
  
  

Essential Qualifications We focus on the truly essential competencies required for success in the role.

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  
  
• 2+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, or Sales Support.
  
  
• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
  
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  
  
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills, thriving autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
