We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Support Specialist to assist local contractors and builders in Deerfield Beach. You will manage customer orders, provide product recommendations, process sales, and coordinate with warehouse dispatch to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Sales & Support: Advise contractors on project needs, generate accurate quotes, and process sales orders.
  
  
• Upselling: Cross-sell hardware, framing, and tools to complement window and door orders.
  
  
• Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the system, process payments, and manage billing.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with warehouse and dispatch teams to schedule flatbed/freight deliveries and pickups.
  
  
• Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing contractor accounts and resolve product/service issues promptly.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  
  
• Experience: 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or customer order entry experience.
  
  
• Skills: Proficiency in basic office/order software, sales support capabilities, and exceptional customer service skills.
