Are you a high-energy recruiter who thrives on the front lines of operations? Randstad Inhouse Services is hiring an embedded Site Manager / Recruiter to lead talent operations directly inside our client’s fast-paced facility.
In this dual-impact role, you won't just sit behind a desk—you will own full-cycle recruiting, on-site onboarding, daily floor check-ins, and contingent workforce management. You will serve as the strategic link between client leadership and our workforce, driving volume recruitment, boosting employee retention, and ensuring daily productivity targets are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, interview, and onboard high-volume candidates for industrial, logistics, and manufacturing roles.
- Manage daily floor walkthroughs, attendance tracking, performance coaching, and safety compliance.
- Build strong partnerships with client supervisors to anticipate staffing needs and align talent strategy.
- 2+ years of high-volume recruitment, account management, or staffing experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Strategy: Partner with facility floor supervisors, HR heads, and production managers to align workforce capacity with daily production targets.
- High-Volume Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding to maintain a steady, "evergreen" pipeline of qualified talent.
- On-Site Talent Management: Conduct daily stand-ups/check-ins, track attendance, process timekeeping/payroll, handle performance coaching, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct floor walkthroughs for OSHA compliance, ensure correct PPE usage, and document safety incidents.
- Operational Reporting: Track key workforce performance indicators (retention, absenteeism, fill rates) and deliver regular business reviews to client leadership.
