Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Telemetry Monitoring: Track and balance fuel levels using system software (Skybitz, SmartTank, Otodata, Titan Cloud) to prevent inventory losses.
- Delivery Tracking: Monitor daily fuel deliveries across all routes to maintain optimal stock levels and billing accuracy.
- Order & BOL Reconciliation: Reconcile Bills of Lading (BOL) every shift to ensure gross and net gallon delivery precision.
- Data & Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, resolve inventory discrepancies, and support daily reporting.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory reconciliation, or supply chain administration (fuel, liquid, or petroleum experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); experience with inventory or telemetry management systems is a plus.
- Key Attributes: Proficient numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and solid reconciliation skills.
- Physical Requirement: Office desk role (light exertion up to 15 lbs; no local travel required).
