In this full-time, temp-to-hire position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth financial operations, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring accuracy across all AP processes. Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
- Technical Skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Competitive Pay: $22 - $23.50/hr (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing & Check Runs: Handle end-to-end, timely invoice processing, match invoices with purchase orders, and facilitate weekly check runs.
- Vendor & Compliance Management: Maintain vendor records, assist with annual 1099 preparation, and strictly ensure compliance with prevailing wage rates.
- Financial Accuracy: Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software to maintain precise financial logs and documentation.
