About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Representative II to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for the public, patients, visitors, and internal employees. You will be responsible for managing phone communications, documenting and dispatching work requests, and monitoring critical facility systems. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner. Document and accurately dispatch facility work requests. Monitor environmental and security alarms, including doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. Assist in coordinating workflows and daily assignments for patient transporters. Provide coverage and fill in for Level 1 Customer Service Representatives across any shift as needed. Lead or actively participate in departmental projects and special assignments. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide constructive feedback to leadership to maximize departmental efficiency and performance. Perform all duties competently and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to effective service delivery and teamwork. Qualifications and Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience required. Preferred Background: Previous experience in an administrative support role, customer service, healthcare, call center, or dispatch service is highly preferred. Communication Skills: ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos in the English language. Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective conflict resolution. Adaptability: Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
