This is a true hands-on individual contributor role ideal for an analytical thought leader who enjoys digging into data, building models in Excel, and leveraging IRI/Circana scan data, while partnering directly with executive leadership.
The Revenue Management Lead will deliver data-driven strategies and analyses that drive profitable revenue growth. Serving as the primary business partner to Sales and Marketing and working closely with FP&A and Cost/Trade Accounting. This role evaluates opportunities across pricing optimization, product innovation, and trade investment.

Responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to build and execute long-term revenue growth strategies, price/pack architecture, and innovation agendas.
- Deliver annual SKU price increase recommendations and optimize promotional plans to maximize ROI and profit.
- Prepare proforma P&Ls for product launches, pricing requests, and trade investments.
- Analyze internal data and syndicated market insights to identify growth levers, track KPIs, and deliver actionable reporting to senior leadership.
- Execute monthly/quarterly topline reporting and complete ad-hoc financial analyses for the CFO.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in CPG Revenue Growth Management or Sales/Marketing Finance.
- Analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and ERP systems (MS Business Central a plus).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Pay: $125,000 – $140,000/year + bonus
