Join our clients dynamic legal team as a Paralegal - Employment Law.
Our client is a Fortune 500 international manufacturer and a marketer of transportation fuels, other petrochemical products and power.They are seeking a long term contract paralegal to join the team. Duties include performing legal research, records research, assisting conducting witness interviews, and preparation of reports employment law/Immigration reports.
Hours: 40 hrs weekly, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
Candidates shall possess the following qualifications:
• Two (2)-Year degree in Paralegal Studies and Paralegal Certificate.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in providing legal support, such as independently drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, and proposed orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience and expertise in performing the requisite services
Preferred:
• Legal experience in employment law and or Immigration law and oil and gas matters.
