Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) using QuickBooks and RentVine.
- Handle online rent collections, bill processing, and vendor payments.
- Prepare property budgets, financial reports, and ledgers for investors and ownership.
- Serve as the primary, direct point of contact for all resident communications, phone calls, and emergency requests.
- Schedule, direct, and evaluate external contractors and service vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain overall asset condition and safety.
- Oversee operations and maintenance for the owner’s private house/property.
- Directly manage and schedule housekeepers and auxiliary household staff.
