In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site operational partner for client leadership and site management. Your daily focus will balance active floor leadership—welcoming talent, conducting floor walks, partnering with line supervisors, and resolving operational staffing needs in real time—with administrative oversight, talent acquisition, timekeeping compliance, and workforce engagement.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
1. Operational Floor Leadership & Shift Execution
- Active Floor Presence: Conduct regular plant floor walks to ensure associates are correctly stationed, working safely, and meeting production goals.
- Front-Line Client Partnership: Collaborate directly with department managers and facility line supervisors to handle real-time roster balancing, line needs, and shift handoffs.
- Shift Operations: Lead daily associate check-ins, manage attendance/tardiness in real time, and oversee second-shift closing operations (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- High-Volume Sourcing: Execute phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding to maintain a continuous, qualified second-shift talent pipeline.
- Associate Relations: Serve as the main on-site contact for policy guidance, basic performance coaching, and workforce feedback to drive retention and morale.
- Onboarding & GMP Enforcement: Conduct safety orientations and actively enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and client SOPs across the plant floor.
- Timekeeping & Reporting: Audit electronic timecard records (Kronos/UKG), maintain attendance logs, submit daily shift reports, and support accurate payroll processing.
