We are seeking a thorough and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team onsite at our Westbury facility. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role mnages our moderate/lower-volume Accounts Receivable function. You will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, driving timely collections, and maintaining streamlined customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable functions, including billing generation, cash applications, and account monitoring.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and billing statements accurately using NetSuite.
• Process and record incoming customer payments (ACH, checks, credit cards) promptly to the general ledger.
• Monitor AR aging schedules, conduct routine collections follow-ups on outstanding balances, and resolve customer billing inquiries.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or short payments.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch, sales, and plant personnel to confirm delivery details and resolve billing disputes.
