Our large manufacturing client in Nashua, NH is looking to fill a permanent  Accounts Receivable role. This position will involve high volume accounts receivable work in addition to collections and reconciliation work. If you have good attention to detail, are a problem solver, self sufficient and organized and are experienced in Accounts Receivable, this could be the right role for you! You would be working within a smaller team.   Location - Nashua, NH - role is 3 days in office, 2 days remote.  Hours are Full time hours - Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch  Pay Rate - $28.85/hr - $33.65/hr depending on experience level Cafeteria on site! Responsibilities

• Assist in the distribution of customer invoices via email, electronic data interchange (EDI), and customer billing portals
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and payment discrepancies
• Perform collections and reconciliations 
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review and track receivables by monitoring receivable aging and taking necessary actions to minimize overdue balances
• Other duties as assigned. 

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance department
• Experience with V-lookup Tables and Pivot Tables
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
