Your Impactful Contributions You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies that elevate talent acquisition:
- Spearhead full-cycle recruiting, from strategic intake meetings through seamless onboarding.
- Develop innovative, data-driven sourcing solutions for critical supervisory and management roles in IT, Engineering, Production, and Quality.
- Champion EEO and diversity initiatives, meticulously tracking essential candidate data to foster an inclusive environment.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with universities, industry organizations, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.
- Optimize the interview process, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences while proactively providing input on process improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate-level recruiting experience.
- Proven expertise in recruiting supervisory/management-level professionals specifically within IT, Engineering, Production, or Quality.
- Demonstrated track record in high-volume technical or operational exempt-level recruiting.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing channels and maintaining a broad professional network.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
