Provides administrative support to property management leadership by managing vendor contracts, invoice coding in Nexus, and system setups. Oversees employee onboarding and offboarding, SOP creation, meeting logistics, expense reports, and system training across platforms like MRI and Cove. Coordinates property onboarding and generates tenant service request reports to optimize property operations.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

1.     Contract and change order administration including drafting, preparing, distributing, scanning and filing contracts for Capital Improvement Projects and Service Vendors;

2.     Nexus – Coding portfolio invoices for the region.

3.     Review Nexus website to ensure payables are coded and moved through the process daily, send team weekly updates on invoices in the system, and approve NexusConnect Vendor authorization requests;

4.     Backup for AP Processing.

5.     Backup for long-term admin absence, as needed;

6.     Vendor setup in Service Edge.

7.     Compilation/Coordination of Creating Standardized Property Templates;

8.     Assisting with Creation of Standard Operating Procedures;

9.     Monitoring of Cove

a.    To ensure platform is updated regularly with current information;

b.    To ensure tenant service requests get closed out monthly
