This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn higher pay once hired permanently.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from business clients and agents about billing, insurance coverage, and policy updates.
- Explain insurance policies in simple terms and help clients solve basic account issues.
- Make outbound calls to current clients to review their current policy, suggest extra coverage options, and look for add-on opportunities.
- Review risk factors for small businesses and approve basic policy changes.
- High school diploma required, college degree is a bonus.
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, data entry, or insurance is preferred.
- Must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 30 days of starting, which we will pay for.
- Unlicensed starting pay is $22 per hour.
- Currently licensed starting pay is $25 per hour.
- Training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST for the first 8 to 9 weeks.
- After training, your shift will be assigned between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, working roughly 38.75 hours per week.
- Options to pick preferred shifts become available after 6 months based on team tenure.
