Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Answer incoming calls, dispatch work requests, monitor facility security alarms, and coordinate patient transporter workflows while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, employees, and visitors professionally.
- Dispatch work requests and coordinate assignments for patient transportation teams.
- Monitor facility security systems, including CCTV, parking lot intercoms, and access gates.
- Assist with departmental projects and provide feedback to improve daily operational efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, call center, or dispatch.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a u.s. citizen or permanent resident.
- Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
